Custom Crates
BIKE LAMP DECOR strives to deliver its products without damage. We have found that the best solution to protect the customer’s investment is to build our own custom shipping crates. Engineered for the possibility of being shipped upside down and exposed to many elements through-out its travels.
This sale was shipped all the way to Honolulu, Hawaii.
Crate Design
We design custom crates specifically for each large item(s). We try to ship B.L.D. Lamp & Table Sets together with dividers and styrofoam as part of the packaging process.
Crate Packing
We pack our crates well to help ensure safe deliveries. We take into consideration that the crate may be top loaded, laid wrong side up or even dropped during its delivery.
Crate Hardware
There is no shortage of hardware used in the process of building each crate effectively. We try to achieve a balance between being structurally sound and being lightweight. Bottom line, we want our products to arrive to our customers without incident while providing a savings in shipping costs.
Crate Instructions
BIKE LAMP DECOR designs each crate to be user-friendly for our customers upon receiving their delivery with easy access and removal of the ordered item(s). Instructions are often written on the crate to assist with this process.
Shipping Services
We offer FedEx Ground, FedEx Express and FedEx Freight shipping services. RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE. We try to ship within 48 hours. ONE DAY BUILD TIME IS REQUIRED FOR CUSTOM CRATES. Tracking info will be sent by email as each order ships.
